As Head of Talent Acquisition Soledad is responsible for designing and driving consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices to meet the ever growing and dynamic business needs and support a strong candidate experience.
Soledad brings 20 years of experience working in multinational companies in local, regional and global roles mainly in the Tech and Consultancy services industries. Before joining Parser Soledad worked at IBM for more than 10 years in different Talent Areas such as TA, Executive recruitment, Onboarding, University relations and Diversity & Inclusion. Soledad joined Parser, with the goal of structuring the Talent Acquisition department and ensuring quality and value at each stage of the hiring process.
