As Head of People Operations, Mercedes is responsible for creating a people-centric culture. This role includes facilitating the development of employees by designing innovative and customised Human Resources processes.
Before joining Parser, Mercedes worked in many Argentinian organisations from various industries, helping them to build and develop their Human Resources department. Mercedes did this by improving Team Members’ engagement and shifting the organisation’s focus to make more holistic business decisions. In 2020, Mercedes joined Parser with the objective of restructuring the Human Resources department in Argentina. Her challenge was to help build up an Argentinian community and offer them an outstanding experience full of opportunities to grow within Parser.
In her personal time, Mercedes likes to unplug from technology and boost her creativity. Mercedes enjoys practicing mindfulness, through handcrafts.
